この数日間で、一気に春の花が開花しています!!

沈丁花（ジンチョウゲ）、ラッパ水仙、石楠花（シャクナゲ）、寒緋桜（カンヒザクラ）、満作（マンサク）、ムラサキツユクサ、雪柳（ユキヤナギ）...

桜本番の前に、杏（アンズ）や李（スモモ）も開花間近で、いよいよもうすぐ四国村は花ざかりです。

香川が生んだ江戸時代の発明家「久米通賢」の旧邸の前でモクレンが一気に開花。
高さ10ｍはありそうなハクモクレンの木で、見上げると純白の花が降ってくるようです。
屋根より高い所で咲いていますので、見過ごさないようにご注意を(^^;

In front of the old house of TsuKen Kume, magnolia has begun to bloom.

朝から濃い霧に包まれて、いつもとは違う幻想的な雰囲気で１日が始まった四国村です。
そのぶん昼間は気温も高くなるんでしょうね。
気温差、花粉、黄砂...厄介なモノもいっぱいですが、体調を崩さないようにまた１週間頑張りましょう(^^)

様々な桜が楽しめるスポットとしても毎年人気が出てきた四国村。
その皮切りとして「寒緋桜（カンヒザクラ）」の開花が始まりました！！

１月下旬に「沖縄で初の花見」のようなニュースをよく見かけますが、その桜がこの寒緋桜。
釣鐘状に咲く濃いピンクの花が可愛らしく、これから花弁が開いてくると一層華やかになります。

旧丸亀藩御用蔵（資料館）の前でこれから２～３週間は楽しめる予定です。
その後もソメイヨシノ、山桜、八重桜、右近桜と少しずつ時期の違う桜が咲き、いよいよ春爛漫の四国村が開幕です(^^)

Shikoku village that has been every year in popularity as a variety of cherry tree can enjoy spot.
Flowering of "KANHI-SAKURA" began as the beginning! !

We often see news, such as the "first flower viewing in Okinawa" in late January, but the cherry blossoms this SAKURA.
Dark pink flowers that bloom in the bell-shaped cute, will be even more gorgeous and now petals come open.

The next two to three weeks in front of the old Marugame clan patronized Kura (museum) is expected to enjoy.
Since then bloom SOMEIYOSHINO, YAMA-SAKURA, YAE-SAKURA, UKON-SAKURA with different little by little time as turmeric cherry tree, is finally Shikoku village opening of spring in full bloom (^^)

先日、手作りの雛人形を飾ってくれている”のぞみ幼稚園”の皆さんが、見学を兼ねて春のお散歩に来てくれました。
誰からともなく童謡の合唱が始まったり、「あたたかいね～」「春だね～」という声が聞こえてきたりと、四国村がとても賑やかになりました。

今の時期のお別れ遠足や、新学期には春の遠足など、幼稚園や学校の行事も計画されると思いますが、昔の暮らしを体感しながら、四季の自然を満喫できる四国村も是非行き先として候補にあげていただければ嬉しいです。

”啓蟄”を迎えて活動を始めた”てんとう虫”も元気に皆さんをお待ちしています(^^)

先日もご紹介したメジロ。
昨日もポカポカ陽気に誘われて、たくさん飛び回っていました。
満開の梅の枝から枝へ渡る姿に、本格的な春の訪れを感じます。
皆さんも是非かわいい鳥たちを探しに来てくださいね(^^)

明日３月３日は"ひな祭り"ですね。

四国村でも、歌舞伎舞台にズラリと並ぶ雛壇飾りや、古民家にちょこんと座るお雛様が人気です。
戦前に西日本で流行した”御殿飾り”やハレの日のおめでたい席で使われていたいたであろう御膳など、四国村ならではの展示もお楽しみいただいています。
ひな飾りの展示は３月２１日までですので、是非見に来てくださいね。

そしてもうひとつご覧いただきたいのが、なんとも可愛い雛人形たち。

四国村の近所の”のぞみ幼稚園”に皆さんが作ってくれた雛人形を資料館（丸亀藩御用蔵）で展示しています。
これからさらに元気に大きく成長していく子供たちの作品を見ていると、あったかい気分になれます。
散策途中に是非立ち寄ってみてくださいね。

早いもので２月も終わり、そろそろ”桜”の開花情報が気になり始める時期になってきますね。

桜前線のニュースが出始めると、四国村にも毎春「桜は咲きますか？」「たくさんありますか？」といったお問合せをいただきます。

実は四国村、知る人ぞ知る桜スポットとしても人気があります。

３月中旬に咲く「カンヒ桜」から４月中旬が見頃となる「ウコン桜」まで、種類も豊富で、楽しめる期間も長く、桜の時期に何度も足を運んでくださるお客様も多いです。
他の季節もそうですが、一眼レフを携えてきてくださるお客様も一段と増える時期でもあります。

香川の桜スポットとしてはまだ穴場的な存在ですが、今年は是非皆さんも”四国村の桜見物”を春のお出かけ計画に入れてみてくださいね。

昨日は終日休業させていただき、村内の整備も順調に進みました。
皆様のご協力ありがとうございました。

休みの日に村の中を回っていると、自然の音だけが聞こえて、いつもとは少し違う雰囲気。
そんな中で鳥たちは元気に飛び回っていました。
梅の木にはメジロやムクドリが集まっていて、春だな～と実感。

今日からまた平常通り開村ですので、皆様も是非春を見つけに来てくださいね。

今日２月２５日はメンテナンスのため終日臨時休業の四国村。
近づいてきている春の行楽シーズンに向けて、早朝から施設管理スタッフが普段整備できないところの作業に励んでいます。

この数日、暖かくなったり、また冬に戻ったりですね...
皆さん体長は崩していませんか？
インフルエンザも流行しているようですので、ご注意を！

さて、今年もひと足早く春を感じる展示として好評の「四国村のひな飾り」。
メインとなる農村歌舞伎舞台には、「御殿飾り」を含む豪華な雛段飾りも並んでいます。
そして今年はおめでたい祝いの席で使われたとされる民具も展示しています。
11日のスタート以来、ほぼ全てのお客様が足を止めて記念撮影してくださっています。
ひな飾りは3月21日まで、暖かい春本番の到来をお雛様たちも楽しみに待っています(^^)

そして今日はもうひとつ...花の見頃情報です。
開花から何度かお知らせしてきた水仙。
いよいよ今、ピークを迎えてきています。
地面には水仙、木を見れば梅...
昔話の絵本にでてきそうな風景が広がっています。
寒暖の差も大きい時期ですが、
少し懐かしさも感じるこの景色を見に来てくださいね(^^)

"Hinakazari in Shikoku-mura" has started this year.
The rural Kabuki stage that becomes the main, gorgeous chick Dankazari appeared, including the "palace ornament" of popular every year.

２月に入り、少し春めいた陽射しになってきましたね。

水仙が今、見頃を迎えています！
水仙は一斉には咲かず順々に咲いていくので「○分咲き」という呼び方は適しませんが、見た目の感覚でいうと７割程度の花が咲いているので見応えはたっぷりです。
梅も日毎に開花がすすんで、このエリアはもう春の装いです。

そして...ひな飾りの準備も順調。
一番のメインとなる歌舞伎舞台の展示も完成間近。
１１日から公開予定ですので、ちょっとフライングですが...「御殿飾り」もできあがっています(^^)
