四国村の春の花を象徴する「桜」も順調に開花が進んでいます。

まだ「いたるところで...」とまではいきませんが、
早めに咲いた丸亀藩御用蔵前のソメイヨシノは見頃が近づいてきました。

奥の方のソメイヨシノ、八重桜、山桜がたくさん並ぶ散歩道でも２～３分咲きになってきており、今週末から来週あたりに見頃を迎えそうです。

Cherry blossoms have steadily blooming.

先週の寒の戻りで開花も小休止していたチューリップ。
昨日あたりから”赤”に加えて、”白”もポツポツ咲いてきました。
本当は全部がいっせいに咲いてくれたらいいのですが...
まぁこれも自然の面白いところでしょうか(^^;
これから他の色も咲いてくるのが楽しみです。

桜も開花が進んできましたが、この数日で一気に咲いたのが...
「すもも（李）」です。
真っ白な花と、瑞々しい緑が春らしい爽やかな印象です。

午後から春の陽射しが戻ってきて、いよいよソメイヨシノが開き始めました！

今年もやっぱり１番手は丸亀藩御用蔵（資料館）の前の木。
高低差のある四国村、毎年低い所から順に咲き始めます。

そして今日のチューリップの様子は...

赤は良い感じに開いていますが、他の色はまだです。
もしかしたら月末or月初あたりに桜とチューリップの見頃が重なるかも？

Cherry blossoms (Someiyoshino) have begun to bloom！
And...tulips are in bloom only red.
Maybe, in the beginning of April, we will have a chance to both of flowers in full bloom !

昨日からの寒の戻りで、桜はツーリップの開花も一旦足踏み状態です。
山桜がポツポツと咲いている木もありますが、ほとんどが蕾をパンパンに膨らませたまま春の陽気復活まで待機状態です(^^;

そして、チューリップ畑に行ってみると...
こちらも毎年フライングする”赤”だけが、少し花を開きかけている様子。
来週にでもまた暖かくなると一面が一気に開花しそうです。

ということで、主役の足踏みをよそ目に、今一番元気なのが「シャクナゲ（石楠花）です。
大きく鮮やかなショッキングピンクが遠目からでも際立って目立っています。
たくさん花が咲いていますが、それ以上にまだまだツボミも多く、今年はシャクナゲの当たり年のようですね(^^)

好天に恵まれた３連休、駐車場は県外ナンバーの車がいっぱいです。

そのお目当ては...やっぱり”うどん”ですね。
四国村の入口にある讃岐うどんの名店「わら家」では、連日お昼時は行列が...
暖かくなってくると、ご注文が増えてくるのは”冷やし”メニュー。
中でも”冷やし肉ぶっかけうどん”の人気が高いです。
名物”釜あげうどん”譲りの秘伝の出汁と甘辛く柔らかい肉の相性は抜群です(^^)

わら家でうどんを食べて、四国村を散策して、夕焼けを眺めに屋島山上へ。
屋島を満喫する定番コース、この連休も多くの人が楽しんでいただいている様子です。

The weather is a good holiday, a lot of customers　come to Shikoku-mura 　from far away .
"Udon of WARAYA" at the entrance of Shikoku-mura is also popular shops.
Eat Udon, and tourism Shikoku-mura, and see the sunset in the mountains of Yashima ...
Many people enjoy popular tourist course in Kagawa.

桜と並んで、四国村の春の名物とも言えるチューリップ。

今年は地元紙や情報サイトでも紹介されて、さらに注目を浴びています。

そんな期待もよそ目に、ただいまマイペースに日に日に大きくなっています。

おそらく予定通りに３月下旬の開花となりそうですが、
天候や気温によって左右されるので、
多少の前後は大目に見てあげてくださいね(^^;

バラ園近くでメイン散策路から少し外れた遊歩道沿いで早咲きの桜「支那実桜（しなみざくら）」が満開です。
桜が並ぶ道で、毎年その先陣を切って開花するこの１本の桜が散り始める頃、ソメイヨシノや山桜、八重桜が咲き始めます。

近くで見ると下のような感じで、オシベやメシベが長いのが特徴です。
「サクランボの木」とも言われますが、四国村では実ができ始めると小鳥たちが食べてしまいます(^^;

そして、下木家住宅前では...
これもまたこの時期に人気の花「土佐水木（とさみずき）」も咲き始めました。

Early bloom kind of cherry blossoms are in full bloom.
And,"Tosamizuki " began to bloom.
Daily, flowers growing, spring has rapidly approaching.

四国村でも散策途中のあちらこちらで様々な花をお楽しみいただけるようになってきました。
まもなく桜の開花のお知らせもお届けできると思います。

さて、３月の臨時休館日のお知らせです。

３月２４日（木）、施設内メンテナンスの為、四国村は休業させていただきます。

ご迷惑をお掛けいたしますが、あらかじめご了承の程お願い申し上げます。
（村内にある四国村ギャラリーも閉館です）

※一部、かねてよりご予約いただいておりました団体様のみご対応させていただきますが、一般の方のご入村はできませんので、何卒ご理解くださいませ。

この数日間で、一気に春の花が開花しています!!

沈丁花（ジンチョウゲ）、ラッパ水仙、石楠花（シャクナゲ）、寒緋桜（カンヒザクラ）、満作（マンサク）、ムラサキツユクサ、雪柳（ユキヤナギ）...

桜本番の前に、杏（アンズ）や李（スモモ）も開花間近で、いよいよもうすぐ四国村は花ざかりです。

香川が生んだ江戸時代の発明家「久米通賢」の旧邸の前でモクレンが一気に開花。
高さ10ｍはありそうなハクモクレンの木で、見上げると純白の花が降ってくるようです。
屋根より高い所で咲いていますので、見過ごさないようにご注意を(^^;
